Expenses and Cancellation Policy

For BucknellBridge events, the invoice will include expenses which are charged at the following

Expense	Charge
Train/Bus Tickets/Taxi fares	At purchase cost
Petrol	50 pence per mile
Printing	5 pence per side of A4 paper
Cancellation 48-72 hours before booking	50% of session fee
Cancellation 0-48 hours before booking	100% of session fee
Cancellation 72 hours + before booking	No cancellation fee

*Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of BucknellBridge
